Who is Dan Braun?

In addition to being the founder/owner and trainer at Brawn Body Training Holistics, I'm is a full-time graduate student in Lebanon Valley College's Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. I am NFPT-CPT certified and I'm currently pursuing the NSCA-CSCS. I founded Brawn Body Training in April 2019 to fill the void I saw in the health and fitness industry: too many trainers prescribe ineffective training plans and recommend extreme diets, supplements, and lifestyles that are not maintainable long-term.

I love skiing (I've been skiing since I was 15 months old!) and I've spent his life playing a variety of sports, such as soccer, baseball, and football. The gym has become my staple, and you can find me lifting weights 5-6 times per week. I've started to become an endurance junkie and you can expect to see me making a splash here soon! 

In his free time, I like to wakeboard, walk my dog, read books, hike, and challenge myself in any way I can. I love to spend time with my family and I spend my breaks from school with my parents and younger brother, Mike. My favorite cheat meals are stromboli, burritos, doughnuts, and pizza/wings. If I get the time, I'd like to learn to play either the guitar or the piano (or both) and take up horseback riding.

As a fitness professional and student physical therapist, I believe freedom to move and a long-term mindset is vital to any health and fitness routine. I focus on providing practical solutions utilizing natural approaches to solve any issue you have quickly, safely, and effectively!
