As a Certified Personal Trainer and graduate student, my passion is to help others live a healthy lifestyle! We are all unique, with their own strengths and limitations. I apply almost a decade's knowledge of strength and conditioning with the most recent trends in research to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and fitness goals. I aim to transform your life and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Private and Semi-Private Training

Want to work with us in-person, or have us take you and 1-3 friends through a workout? Say no more! Constant motivation, education, and an overall fantastic workout experience guaranteed.

Guest Presentations and Speaking

We have spoken to dozens of classes about motivation, the importance of fitness, and how to live a healthier life. We'd love to schedule a time to present and interact with your group, no matter how big or small it is!

Train with Dan

You have the opportunity to go through Dan's exact workout routine with him! Plan 2-3 hours for warmup, lift, cardio, cool-down, mobility, and time for Q & A. Sessions are limited and conducted at Dan's home gym.

Corporate Fitness/Boot Camp
